At the heart of the service that we provide is the inventory itself, which is drawn up to be in accordance with ARLA guidelines and fully compliant with the requirements of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
We produce reports that are accurate, clear, easy to understand, and with sufficient detail to explain things properly. These reports are much more likely to be understood by tenants, which will help avoid disputes and minimize problems. As an addition to the written word and supplementary evidence, we provide high quality, referenced, time stamped colour photographs, embedded into the reports. Our reports are emailed to the client in PDF format within 48 hours of the inspection, quite often on the same day.
