At the end of the tenancy, our inventory clerk will conduct a check-out inspection and will compile an accurate and impartial report, recording the contents, condition and cleanliness of the property, in order to identify the changes that have occurred during the course of the tenancy and the extent to which these may have been deteriorated.
The property will be inspected throughout, the current condition of the property will be assessed against the original inventory report, taking into consideration the length of the tenancy and type of occupancy, and any further defects and differences will be noted in the report.
The report should be undertaken as soon as possible after the end of the tenancy, ideally on the last day of the tenancy, after the tenant has vacated fully.

The finished report is completed as locked PDF document, with all new photographs embedded and additional findings noted, and emailed to the client within 48 hours of the inspection, quite often on the same day.
